Week 10&11 - PCB board printing(Due March 31)

This is the PCB configuration of the H-Bridge

Step 1: Drawing PCB configration in fritzing! Pay attention to the different layers!

Step 2: Transfer the file to the mill. Please notice that the PCB board should be pasted onto the working table with double-sided tape and lined up to the brackets.

Step 3: Printing. Pay attention to the selection of the head of the driller. 1/32'' should be used to engrave and the 1/16'' should be used to cut off the edge.

Step 4: Cleaning some blurred edges. I made a mistake that I chose the wrong size of the ring thickness so that the drill didn't cut through the paths. The ring thickness should be no larger than half of the distance after minus 1/32''(the diameter of the drill head). For example, the ring thickness can be 0.0118''(0.3mm)
